Yaser Awan

Yaser is a cross-sector operator and ecosystem builder with 20+ years across technology, gaming, media/advertising, hardware, and impact work with a core focus on turning ideas into investable ventures and scalable programs. He has led product development at scale (100M+ users).

He has helped set up incubators including NIC Lahore, NIC Quetta, M-Labs, and The Games Collective, and supported Takhleeq's transformation into a problem-solving institute. He is active in venture capital and early-stage investing, including running an angel fund and working hands-on with founders on fundamentals, traction, and fundraising readiness.

An "operator-first" advisor: he has helped a dozen startups raise investment and brings structured guidance across customer discovery, design thinking, business strategy, and execution, not passive mentorship.
